  • CHINESE SUPPLIER
    CHINESE SUPPLIER

    For ocean shipments: Once the order is confirmed, we will promptly reach out to your Chinese supplier to inquire about the loading time and align it with the appropriate vessel schedule.

    For air shipments: Upon confirmation, we will immediately get in touch with your Chinese supplier to determine the delivery time and coordinate it with the suitable flight.

  • BOOKING
    BOOKING

    For ocean shipments: Once we have confirmed the appropriate vessel schedule, we will provide a booking form to your supplier. We will request your supplier to fill in the necessary information and return the form to us, enabling us to book the space for your shipment.

    For air shipments: Once we have confirmed the suitable flight, we will send a booking form to your supplier. We will ask your supplier to complete the required details on the form and send it back to us, allowing us to secure the space for your shipment.

  • SPACE
    SPACE

    For ocean shipments: Upon receiving the booking, we will proceed to book the space for your shipment. The process typically takes around 2 days to release the space and secure it for your cargo.

    For air shipments: Upon receiving the booking, we will promptly proceed to book the space for your shipment. The process usually takes approximately half a day to release the space and ensure its availability for your cargo.

  • SHIPPING ORDER
    SHIPPING ORDER

    For ocean shipments: Once the space is released, the shipping line will provide us with the Shipping Order. This document enables us to arrange the pickup of the container from the port, ensuring a smooth transfer of your cargo.

    For air shipments: After the space is released, the airline will provide us with the Shipping Order. This document allows us to proceed with the delivery of your goods to the airline's warehouse, ensuring efficient handling and storage of your shipment.

  • LOADING GOODS
    LOADING GOODS

    For ocean shipments: Upon receiving the Shipping Order, the supplier will forward it to the trucking company, requesting them to pick up the container from the port and transport it to the factory for loading of goods. Once the loading is complete, the container will be returned to the port.

    For air shipments: Upon receiving the Shipping Order, the supplier will arrange for a truck to load the air shipment and deliver it to the airline's warehouse. This ensures a smooth and efficient transfer of the air shipment to the designated location.

  • THE INFO OF B/L
    THE INFO OF B/L

    For ocean shipments: Once the container is returned to the port, we will prepare a draft of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and send it to the factory or the client for confirmation of the B/L information.

    For air shipments: After delivering the goods to the airline's warehouse, we will prepare a draft of the Air Waybill (AWB) and send it to the factory or the client for confirmation of the AWB information.

  • CUSTOMS  CLEARANCE
    CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

    After confirming the information of the Bill of Lading (B/L), we will submit it to the shipping line/airline and proceed with the Customs Clearance process for our goods. Once the port/airport and the Customs authorities release our goods, they can be loaded on board the vessel/aircraft.

  • ORIGINAL B/L
    ORIGINAL B/L

    Ocean shipment: After the vessel's departure, it will take approximately 3 days to issue the original Bill of Lading (B/L). Once we receive the copy of the B/L, we will forward it to the client and the factory.

    Air shipment: Unlike ocean shipment, the airline does not provide us with the original Air Waybill (AWB). Instead, they will send us a copy of the AWB once the airplane departs.

  • PAYMENT
    PAYMENT

    Ocean shipment: Upon receiving the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), we will issue a debit note to the factory and the client. This allows them to make the necessary payment in advance, ensuring that the client can receive the original B/L on time.

    Air shipment: We will send a debit note to the client and the factory, requesting them to settle the payment before the airplane departs.

  • RELEASING THE B/L
    RELEASING THE B/L

    Ocean shipment: Upon receiving the payment, we will release the Bill of Lading (B/L) to the factory or send it directly to the client.

    Air shipment: After receiving the payment, we will send the copy of the Air Waybill (AWB) to the client or the factory.
